Organisations that partner with the 100More campaign commit to organising and hosting events held throughout the centenary year (how many and what’s involved is up to you).

Let us know your event and when it is – anytime between 10 April 2023 and 10 April 2024.

For an event to be a 100More campaign event, it must be:

  • Women-led (using only women speakers and moderators)
  • Positive and constructive in tone
  • Substantive and helpful to the audience

Examples of topics or themes to get you thinking are:

How I did it

  • How to go to the next stage of your career development
    • For law schools: how to get vacation work experience/a scholarship to study further internationally/articles at a law firm/a lecturer appointment/professor track advice/academic management skills
    • For law firms: how to make the most of articles/become a partner/manage teams/get involved in law firm management
    • For judges: how to strengthen judgment-writing/approach appellate acting opportunities
    • For advocates: how to make the most of pupillage/approach your application for silk/lead juniors in teams
    • These events would be positive and tell the stories be about “what I wish I knew” as told by women who have done it
    • You decide what the next generation needs to know and plan the event

OR

What you need to know

  • New developments in the law
    • Substantive presentations of recent developments in law, presented by women in the relevant field of law – perhaps at different levels of experience (a senior practitioner and a more junior practitioner partner to present the latest developments in an area of law)
    • These events are aimed at showcasing women with expertise in their field and sharing their experience with others who need to know

100More campaign events are independently conceived, run and organized by your organization since you know best how to showcase women and transfer skills and knowledge.

This ensures maximum flexibility and inclusion.

The 100More campaign encourages events that include new and more experienced lawyers.

100More will assist with publicity for the event on its three social media channels in partnership with the host’s social media feed.
